We cannot wait to celebrate our love with all our Friends and Family! Here is just a bit of info to help everyone along the booking process!
Welcome party
We will be hosting we welcome party on the 9th of June in Quinta Do Lago! We ask guests to arrive at 4pm until 9pm. We have picked a theme of ' something blue before we say I do'
food and drinks will be provided so just be ready for a good time
The big day!
A coach will be available for transfer from the Laguna apartments in Vilamoura, it will depart at 3pm for arrival at Solar do Paco in Algoz.
The wedding ceremony will commence at 4pm for any guests wanting to make their own way to the venue.
Please ensure you arrive at the venue no later than 3.30pm

What's the plan for the day?
On the day of our wedding, a coach will be available to transport guests from the Laguna Apartments in Vilamoura, departing promptly at 3:00 PM to ensure a timely arrival at our venue, Solar do Paço in Algoz. For those choosing to travel independently, the ceremony will commence at 4:00 PM. We kindly ask that all guests arrive at the venue no later than 3:30 PM, allowing time to be seated and settled before the celebration begins. Your presence means the world to us, and we look forward to sharing this unforgettable moment together. Shortly after the ceremony we will be having appetizers and cocktails followed by a four course meal before the party starts!
How long should I say?
This is completely up to you! Some are staying the whole work and some just be staying Tuesday 9th - Friday 12th. It's completely dependant on what works best for you!
Where shall I stay?
Travel and accommodation is completely up to you! If you would like to hire a car we would recomend using a company that you can collect a car from Faro, however Ubers around Portugal are very cheep so hiring a care is not necessary.
Accommodation we are recommending laguna apartments in Vilamoura, they are a 6 minute drive from Vilamoura. Flights
The destination airport for the wedding is ' Faro airport ' it is around 25 minutes to Vilamoura marina again easily accsesable by Ubers there is plenty around and very good prices. We recommend booking flights as soon as you can as we all know flights can go up! EasyJet have already realesed flights for June 2026.
What to Wear?
We request on the welcome party to stick to the ' something blue before we say I do' theme.
The wedding day we are asking to see our guests in the best colours! We have a bright beautiful venue and want our guests to match that! We will ask for our guest to avoid fuchsia pink and white as it will clash with the bridal party.

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift of all, especially for those who have travelled far. We are incredibly grateful. However, if you would like to give a gift, a small contribution towards our honeymoon would be greatly appreciated.
